SPERMAN Privacy Policy
In short: SPERMAN does not collect your personal data. There are no accounts, ads or tracking in the game. Your progress is stored only on your device.
1. Who we are
SPERMAN is developed by Atilla Cilesiz ("we"). This policy applies to the iPhone version of SPERMAN. You can reach us at cilesiz.atilla@gmail.com.
2. What information is stored, and where
- Game save: the name you type for yourself in the game and the character look you pick, your level, in-game currencies (including GEMS), cosmetics, mission and story progress, and settings (including your language choice).
- Purchase record: so that each purchase grants GEMS only once, the App Store transaction number, the product, the amount of GEMS added and the date are written to the save.
- All of this stays on your device, in the app's own folder. It is never sent to us or to anyone else.
- The iPhone version has no online multiplayer and does not use your local network.
3. In-app purchases
GEMS packs are sold through Apple's App Store; the game uses only Apple's system for purchases. Apple takes the payment; we never see your card or payment details. Your purchase information is not sent to any company other than Apple. Apple's privacy policy explains how Apple handles this information.
4. Third parties
We do not share or sell your data. There are no ads or analytics tools in the game.
5. Children
We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone, including children. Parents can approve their children's purchases with Ask to Buy in Apple's Family Sharing.
6. Retention and deletion
The save is kept for as long as the app is on your device. Deleting the app from your device also deletes the save. Your device backups (for example, iCloud Backup) may contain a copy of it; you can manage backups in your device settings. Because the save is not kept on our servers, we cannot restore deleted progress or GEMS.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have legal rights over your personal data (for example, under Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 or the EU General Data Protection Regulation). Because we do not collect your personal data, we hold no records about you. You can write to us with any question or request.
8. Changes
If we change this policy, we will publish the new text on this page and update the effective date. If the game ever starts collecting data, we will explain it here before that version is released.
