ELMAS nasıl satın alınır?
ELMAS paketleri oyunda MAĞAZA › ELMAS AL sekmesinde ya da ana menünün sağ üstündeki ELMAS sayacının yanındaki + ile, Apple'ın App Store uygulama içi satın alma sistemiyle satılır; ödemeyi Apple alır. ELMAS tüketilebilir bir üründür: harcadıkça azalır ve yalnızca bu cihazdaki oyun kaydına eklenir. ELMAS ile eşya, yumurta skini ve sezonun PREMIUM PASS'i alınır.
Eşyalar oyunu etkiler mi?
Evet, biraz. Mağaza, hikâye ve sezon eşyaları takılıyken bir özelliğe %5–10 katar: HIZ, VURUŞ GÜCÜ, YETENEK ya da DAYANIKLILIK (başlangıç eşyaları katmaz). Her özellik en çok %25 artar (hikâye modunda HIZ en çok %10) ve bonus her modda geçerlidir; botlar bonus almaz. Mağaza, satın almadan önce özelliklerinizin nasıl değişeceğini gösterir; toplamları KARAKTERİM ekranındaki EŞYA BONUSU şeridinde görürsünüz. Her özelliğin sınırına oynayarak kazanılan eşyalarla da ulaşılır.
Karakterimi nasıl yaratırım?
Oyun ilk açılışta KARAKTERİNİ YARAT kartını açar. Adınızı yazıp (2–12 karakter) DEVAM'a basın, sonra RENK ve YÜZ sekmelerinden gövde rengini ve yüz tarzını seçip BİTTİ'ye basın; isterseniz ATLA ile geçin. Sonra istediğiniz zaman ana menüdeki KARAKTERİM'den adınızı, kahramanınızı, rengi, yüzü ve sahip olduğunuz eşyaları değiştirebilirsiniz. Adınız ve görünümünüz ana menüde, maçlarda, sonuç ekranında ve parti lobisinde görünür; hikâye modunda Speedman oynanır. Adınız yalnızca bu cihazda saklanır, hiçbir yere gönderilmez.
Ücret alındı ama ELMAS gelmedi.
Oyun, ELMAS kaydınıza yazılmadan satın almayı Apple'da tamamlanmış olarak işaretlemez. Tamamlanmamış satın almalar oyun her açıldığında yeniden kontrol edilir ve ELMAS o zaman eklenir. Oyunu tamamen kapatıp yeniden açın; mağazaya ulaşılamadıysa ELMAS AL sekmesindeki TEKRAR DENE'ye basın. ELMAS yine gelmezse bize yazın.
İade nasıl istenir?
Ödemeyi Apple aldığı için iade talepleri Apple'a, reportaproblem.apple.com adresinden yapılır. Kart ve ödeme bilgilerinizi göremeyiz.
"Satın almaları geri yükle" düğmesi neden yok?
ELMAS tüketilebilir bir üründür ve oyun gerçek parayla başka bir şey satmaz (abonelik ya da kalıcı kilit açma yok); bu yüzden geri yüklenecek bir satın alma yoktur. Satın aldığınız ELMAS yalnızca bu cihazdaki kayıtta durur.
İlerlemem nerede saklanıyor? Uygulamayı silersem ne olur?
Oyunda hesap ya da bulut kaydı yok: ilerlemeniz ve ELMAS'ınız yalnızca bu cihazda, uygulamanın kendi klasöründe saklanır. Uygulamayı silerseniz kayıt da silinir ve biz geri getiremeyiz; cihaz yedekleriniz (örneğin iCloud Yedekleme) kaydın bir kopyasını içerebilir.
Satın alma "Aile onayı bekleniyor" diyor.
Apple'ın Aile Paylaşımı'nda Satın Alma İzni açıksa satın alma ebeveyn onayını bekler. Onay gelince ELMAS kendiliğinden eklenir: oyun açıksa hemen, kapalıysa bir sonraki açılışta. Aynı mesaj, bankanız ödeme için ek onay istediğinde de görünebilir; onay tamamlanınca ELMAS aynı şekilde eklenir.
"SATIN ALMALAR KAPALI" yazıyor.
Oyun bu uyarıyı, bu cihazda Ekran Süresi ya da ebeveyn denetimi uygulama içi satın almaları kısıtladığında gösterir. Kısıtlama kalkınca yeniden satın alabilirsiniz.
Oyunun dilini nasıl değiştiririm?
Oyun ilk açılışta telefonunuzun diline göre Türkçe ya da İngilizce başlar. Ana menüde AYARLAR › SES sekmesinin en üstündeki DİL · LANGUAGE satırından TÜRKÇE ya da ENGLISH'i seçebilirsiniz.
İnternet gerekiyor mu? Çevrim içi oynanıyor mu?
Oyun internetsiz oynanır; internet yalnızca ELMAS satın alırken App Store'a bağlanmak için gerekir. iPhone sürümünde çevrim içi ve yerel ağ oyunu yok: çok oyunculu modlar aynı cihazda botlarla oynanır.
Gizlilik
Kısaca: SPERMAN kişisel verilerinizi toplamaz. Oyunda hesap, reklam ve takip yoktur. İlerlemeniz yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır.

Frequently asked questions
How do I buy GEMS?
GEM packs are sold in the game's SHOP › GET GEMS tab, or with the + next to the gem counter at the top right of the main menu, through Apple's App Store in-app purchase system; Apple takes the payment. GEMS are a consumable: it is used up as you spend it and is added only to the game save on this device. GEMS buy items, egg skins and the season's PREMIUM PASS.
Do items affect gameplay?
A little. Items from the shop, story and season add 5–10% to one stat while equipped: SPEED, POWER, ABILITY or TOUGHNESS (starter items don't). Each stat is capped at 25% (in story mode, SPEED at 10%), the bonus counts in every mode, and bots never get one. Before you buy, the shop shows how your stats would change; MY CHARACTER shows your totals under GEAR BONUS. Every stat can reach its cap with items earned by playing.
How do I create my character?
On first launch the game opens a CREATE YOUR CHARACTER card. Type your name (2–12 characters) and tap NEXT, then pick a body color and a face style on the COLOR and FACE tabs and tap DONE; or tap SKIP. Any time later, open MY CHARACTER from the main menu to change your name, hero, color, face and the items you own. Your name and look show in the main menu, in matches, on the results screen and in the party lobby; story mode is played as Speedman. Your name is stored only on this device and is never sent anywhere.
I was charged, but my GEMS did not arrive.
The game does not mark a purchase as finished with Apple until the GEMS has been written to your save; an unfinished purchase is picked up again every time the game starts, and the GEMS is added then. Close the game completely and open it again; if the shop could not be reached, tap TRY AGAIN in the GET GEMS tab. If the GEMS still does not arrive, email us.
How do I get a refund?
Apple takes the payment, so refund requests go to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We never see your card or payment details.
Why is there no "Restore Purchases" button?
GEMS are a consumable, and the game sells nothing else for real money (no subscriptions and no permanent unlocks), so there is no purchase to restore. The GEMS you buy live only in the save on this device.
Where is my progress stored? What happens if I delete the app?
There are no accounts or cloud saves: your progress and GEMS are stored only on this device, in the app's own folder. If you delete the app, the save is deleted too and we cannot restore it; your device backups (for example, iCloud Backup) may contain a copy.
The purchase says "Waiting for family approval".
If Ask to Buy is on in Apple's Family Sharing, the purchase waits for a parent's approval. Once it is approved, the GEMS is added automatically: right away if the game is open, otherwise the next time it starts. The same message can also appear when your bank asks you to confirm the payment; once you confirm it, the GEMS is added the same way.
It says "PURCHASES DISABLED".
The game shows this when Screen Time or parental controls restrict in-app purchases on this device. Once the restriction is lifted, you can buy again.
How do I change the language?
On first launch the game starts in English or Turkish, following your phone's language. To switch, open SETTINGS from the main menu and pick TÜRKÇE or ENGLISH in the DİL · LANGUAGE row at the top of the AUDIO tab.
Do I need the internet? Is there online multiplayer?
No internet is needed to play; it is only needed to reach the App Store when you buy GEMS. The iPhone version has no online or local-network play: multiplayer modes are played on the same device, against bots.
Privacy
In short: SPERMAN does not collect your personal data. There are no accounts, ads or tracking in the game. Your progress is stored only on your device.
